Delivery

How Much Will My Delivery Cost?

Delivery charges vary depending on several factors, including the size and type of item ordered, your delivery location, and the delivery service selected. Larger items may incur a double pallet charge.

For a more accurate delivery cost, simply enter your postcode on the basket page.

Do I Pay Delivery on Each Item I Order?

Delivery charges are calculated per order, not per item.

For example, if you order a single bath, the delivery charge will be £45.00. If you order a bath along with a shower tray, radiator, and taps, the delivery charge will still be £45.00.

Do You Offer an Express Delivery Option?

Yes, we offer an express delivery service, which typically takes 1–2 working days from the date of dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing delivery and tracking information. Your order should arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Can I Collect My Order?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer collections from our warehouse.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Our standard delivery service takes approximately 5–7 working days, while our express delivery option takes 1–2 working days.

Delivery timeframes begin the day after your order has been dispatched, not the day the order is placed. We do not deliver on weekends.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and “due in soon” items, the order will be dispatched once all items are available.

In some cases, it may be possible to split a mixed order into multiple deliveries; however, additional delivery charges may apply.

We will always provide an estimated delivery date via the email address supplied at checkout. For pallet deliveries, the courier will also confirm the delivery date prior to delivery.

All delivery times are estimates, and Shower Shop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

How Will My Order Arrive?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking reference. If you have not received this email, please check your junk or spam folder.

Smaller items are sent via APC or Royal Mail, depending on their size and value. The chosen courier and tracking details will be confirmed by email.

Larger palletised deliveries will arrive on a lorry ranging from a minimum of 7.5 tonnes to a maximum of 40 tonnes. Please ensure there is sufficient access for delivery.

Pallet deliveries will be confirmed with you the day prior to arrival. All pallet deliveries are kerbside deliveries.

Goods will be unloaded using a pump truck and placed as close to your property as possible. If your property has steps, items will be left at the bottom of the steps.

If you have a driveway with access to a garage, the driver may be able to place the goods inside the garage. If there is no secure location, you will be responsible for moving the goods into the property.

Drivers are not insured to enter your home. We strongly recommend that at least two able-bodied people are available to receive, inspect, and move items indoors.

Any visible damage or missing items must be reported to us immediately by email or telephone upon delivery. Replacements cannot be issued for obvious damage reported after delivery has been accepted.

Hidden damage must be reported within 14 days. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

What Happens If I’m Not Available When Delivery Is Attempted?

For smaller items delivered by APC or Royal Mail, if you are not available, the courier will leave a “sorry we missed you” card. The parcel will be returned to the local depot, where you can rearrange delivery or collect the item using the details provided.

For pallet deliveries, we will arrange delivery in advance and notify you of the estimated delivery date by email. The pallet courier will contact you directly the day before delivery to confirm.

Once a delivery date has been agreed, you must ensure availability. Missed deliveries may result in a re-delivery charge.

What Information Do We Need From You?

Your order may be delivered on a large lorry, potentially up to 40 tonnes, which must be able to access the delivery address provided at checkout.

Goods are unloaded using a pump truck and delivered on a pallet as close to the property as possible.

Please inform us in advance of any potential access issues, such as restricted roads, parked cars, double yellow lines, or other obstructions that could affect delivery.

Failure to notify us of access issues may result in additional delivery charges.
