Hydro Step is a new type of luxury rigid SPC vinyl-click flooring with a 5G Välinge Droplock Click System, no need for adhesive and minimal preparation time is required, simply click and lock the flooring into place.
It can easily and simply be installed over existing hard surface floors such as concrete, ceramic tiles, wood floring while up to 400 sqm can be installed without transition mouldings.
Designed for quick and easy installation, with Hydro Step you can achieve an authentic and luxurious feel in your space in no time at all.
All floors must have a maximum tolerance level of no more than 2mm.
The pre-attached underlay also acts as a sound barrier, reducing noise transmission and minimizing sound transfer between floors.
Hydro Step is manufactured from 100% virgin vinyl, providing consistency in quality, cleanliness, durability while being environmentally friendly with it's 100% recyclability.
This flooring is not only made from the highest quality materials, but contains absolutely no harmful or toxic materials, this means no phthalates or heavy metals. Additionally the pure construction with it's low VOC emission, A+ Certified, means extreme safety and cleanliness.
Please be aware that heavy furniture, for example kitchen cabinets, cannot be installed over the floor.

Hydro Step flooring comes with a PU coating making it easy to clean, and also is very hard wearing and comes with impact and stain resistance, making it ideal for use in the home and public areas with light to medium traffic.

If using alongside underfloor heating, Hydro Step flooring is compatible with concrete encased water piped underfloor heating systems or screeded electrical underfloor heating systems such as Cosytoes, up to a maximum of 27 degrees celsius.

Delivery costs vary depending on the size and type of items ordered, your delivery location, and the service selected. Larger products may incur a double pallet charge, but delivery is charged per order rather than per item, so whether you order a single bath or multiple items together, you’ll only pay one delivery fee.
We offer both standard and express delivery services. Standard delivery typically takes 3–4 working days, while express delivery arrives within 1–2 working days from the day of dispatch. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed, and we do not deliver on weekends. Orders containing out of stock items will be shipped once all items are available, although split deliveries may sometimes be possible for an additional charge.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Smaller items are delivered via Parcelforce, while larger pallet deliveries arrive on a lorry ranging from 7.5 to 40 tonnes, so suitable access is essential. All pallet deliveries are kerbside only, meaning goods will be unloaded as close to your property as possible, but drivers cannot carry items inside. We strongly recommend having at least two able-bodied people available to receive and move heavy items safely.
If a delivery attempt is missed, smaller parcels can usually be rearranged or collected from the courier depot. For pallet deliveries, the courier will contact you in advance to confirm a delivery date, and someone must be available to receive the goods to avoid potential re-delivery charges. Please inspect all items upon arrival and report any visible damage immediately, while concealed damage must be reported within 14 days.
